Feb photo-a-day challenge: Week four

This is just a post for the end of week four but i hope you like it anyway. its nearly the end of the challenge so i'm am going to try really hard to get my next post on time (because the last two haven't been) but i hope you enjoy my last photos from week four.

 Day twenty-three-your shoes: my new converse shoes, i'd quite like a pair of every colour that would be cool.

Day twenty-four- inside your bathroom cabinet: The bathroom closet i share with my two brothers (that is the reason it is so messy)

Feb photo-a-day challenge: week three (and a bit of four)

I'm sorry that this week, i haven't been very good about posting my photo a day's on the right day, so i am posting the photos from last week and a bit of this week, i am still finding the challenge really fun and  really like having a set task to take one picture each day. Here are the photos i have taken since the last update.

 Day eleven-makes you happy: the sun on the snow

Day twelve-inside your coset: seeing as i don't have a closet i decide to take a picture of my chest of drawers.

Day thirteen-blue: my blue nail polish.

Day fourteen-heart: my friends heart jumper for valentines day.

Day fifteen-phone: my big phone which plugs into my little phone.

Day sixteen-something new: my new cosy socks.

 Day seventeen-time: the clock that hangs on our kitchen wall.

Day eighteen-drink: i don't think i could live without my daily innocent smoothie

Day nineteen-something you hate to do: my maths homework (which even though i took a picture of i still haven't done)

 Day twenty-handwritting: my new favourite style of writing

Day twenty one- a fave photo of you: my favourite photo from when i was a baby.

Feb photo-a-day challenge: week two

Its now week two of the feb photo-a-day challenge and i'm finding it really fun so far. These are the photos from the week.

 Day four-A stranger: A man in the window of cafe nero.

 Day five-10am: An early morning walk in the snow (well early for me anyway)

 Day six-dinner: The best soup ever!

 Day seven-Button: my favourite button from the family button box.

 Day eight-Sun: since there wasn't any sun outside i decided to take a picture of my brother reading the paper.

 Day nine-Front door: I'm not quite sure why our front door has eyes.

Day ten-Self portrait: A self portrait my younger brother painted of himself at school.

Ravioli (from scratch)

I've always wanted to make pasta, but i've never tried because all the other recipes i have come across have always involved using a pasta machine, so when i found this recipe i was so excited and i decided to try it out the next day.

It was actually a lot easier than i had expected and tasted AMAZING, i got the recipe from Laurens latest's and she explain's it really well. i hope you also try it out.

Orange Lanterns

I came across this idea on pinterest the other day and at first i was a bit reluctant to try it because it looked really difficult, but after a while of looking through the steps i decided to give it a go.

In the top of the orange you can cut out any shape you like, this is so the orange doesn't catch alight.

                                    

Once i tried it it actually wasn't that hard and looked really pretty, it also smelt really good. but the only thing that was quite difficult was lighting it, so make sure that you have lots of spare matches.

Feb photo-a-day challenge: Week one

So far i have been really enjoying the photo-a-day challenge and have had so much fun taking the photos, these are the one's i have taken so far.

Day one-Your view today: this was the view out of my bedroom widow on the 1st day of february.

Day two-Words: the first page of the hunger games ( which is the best series ever!)

                    Day three-Hands: cold hands warming with a hot mug of tea.
